JHI - See Property Differently

JHI provides a turnkey property management solution based on client requirements. This is made possible by the service oriented IST architecture in place at JHI.


JHI applications and services run on a Windows platform. Distributed hosting of servers is being used in order to ensure performance efficiencies. Applications and systems are being accessed via a XENAPP server farm through connectivity via a JHI MPLS. A private APN has been implemented and serves as remote connection into the IST infrastructure.

The core business application in use is NICOR, a property industry specific solution. NICOR is an application that provides fully integrated property management and accounting functionality that enables the business to manage properties with improved efficiencies. Various reports exist within the application, however, a report writer tool is made available for ad-hoc reports that can be developed in-house.

Visibility of clients' property information came at a cost BUT with the new JHI Xtranet clients can view specific information on-line: all they need is Internet access.
